RTD Consulting – FZCO provides business consultancy, company formation support, visa and residency processes (investor, partner, employee, and family visas), bookkeeping and accounting services, tax support (including preparation of Tax Reports and VAT Returns), relocation information, and administrative support services in connection with the United Arab Emirates.
Tax Reports and VAT Returns are prepared solely based on client-provided information. Submission may occur either:

The Services relate to activities within the United Arab Emirates. Clients worldwide may use these Services but are themselves responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their respective jurisdictions.
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the Services (“Content”) are owned by RTD Consulting – FZCO or properly licensed.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal or internal business purposes.
Commercial use of any Content is only allowed with prior written consent.

All Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any content, services, or pricing at any time without notice.
Accepted methods:
All payments are pre-agreed individually prior to the start of services.
Subscriptions are billed annually, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation is possible 30 days prior to the end of the current billing period. Without timely cancellation, subscriptions automatically renew.
All sales are final. No refunds, except where legally required.
Prohibited actions include:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Any feedback, suggestions, or communications may be used by RTD Consulting – FZCO without restriction and without compensation.
We are not responsible for content, services, or websites of third parties accessible via our Services. Use at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, particularly for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Official court language in state proceedings: Arabic (English documents may be accepted).
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or achieving specific results.
No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify RTD Consulting – FZCO from claims arising from unlawful use or violations of these Terms.
